Schedule a Free Consultation

Are you feeling unsure about therapy? That’s completely normal. The best way to find out if we can work together is to have a free call. It’s an opportunity to explore if therapy is the right path and ask any questions.  If you decide that we are fit, we can then schedule our first session.

If we are not a good fit, I am happy to make a referral to another therapist in my network. I have openings for new patients and currently do not have a waitlist.

All inquiries will receive an email response within 24 hours. Together, we’ll figure out a time to chat by phone.
