Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence-based, non-medication intervention to improve sleep in those suffering from sleep disruption. It is the gold standard treatment for insomnia, according to the National Institutes of Health.

Our CBT-I group program is designed and led by CBT-I expert Dr. Amoha Bajaj, a licensed Clinical & Health Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with people suffering from sleep disruption.

Our Program Includes:

  • One individual 15-minute goal-setting call with Dr. Bajaj 

  • Six weekly sessions with Dr. Bajaj (45 minutes each, online)

  • Weekly email check-ins with Dr. Bajaj for duration of program

  • Digital CBT-I Workbook + Sleep Tools
