Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is a confidential and collaborative process designed to help you address and explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Through this one-on-one therapeutic relationship, we will work with you to deepen self-awareness, develop coping skills to navigate life's complexities, and foster meaningful change to help you lead a more fulfilling life.
Our diverse team of therapists have expertise in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused psychotherapy, integrative psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis. We believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and we will always tailor our work to your individual needs.
We provide in-person sessions in our office in Princeton, or virtual sessions for anyone located in New York or New Jersey. Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes and are typically held one or two times per week. Your therapy can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs and goals.

Speaking Events & Workshops
We are available for speaking events on topics related to mental health in a variety of institutions and community settings. We also offer a diverse array of workshops and classes that aim to empower attendees with valuable tools for personal growth and well-being. We offer workshops and classes online and in-person in the NY/NJ area. For our workshops, we prepare audio and visual presentations aimed at providing information and educating participants, and we also lead participants through experiential exercises related to our educational materials. We find that this multimodal approach to workshops is most engaging and impactful for participants. We want participants to leave our workshops having learned something new and also having experienced something new. Please see below for a list of presentation topics. If you are looking for a workshop or class on a particular topic that you do not see blow, please contact us to discuss other options and topics. We are happy to customize a workshop for your institution’s needs.
